I’m cold – Alexa, turn my stove on!
RIKA VOICE is the first voice control for RIKA stoves. Whether it's convenience or smart: the reasons for purchasing a speech-based stove control system may be very different. For us though, developing RIKA VOICE was one thing first and foremost: the next technological step in continuing to fully meet our customers' needs.
RIKA's ingenious pellet technology already offers all kinds of fully automatic convenience and contributes significantly to the CO2-neutral operation of pellet and combination stoves. These are durable and efficient and can now be controlled by voice commands. The following commands are possible using Amazon Echo and Alexa Voice Service:
- Switching it on and off
- Changing the operating mode (e.g. to comfort mode)
- Adjusting the room temperature and heat output
- Querying the current operating status
Using a mobile phone as a remote control or even getting up from the comfortable sofa to operate the touch display on the stove are largely a thing of the past.
Voice control for new and existing RIKA stoves
RIKA's new customers as well as existing customers want more convenience and control options. And we are happy to fulfil this wish: all pellet and combination stoves from RIKA that can be controlled by RIKA FIRENET, i.e. through the Internet using any end device, can also be controlled by voice. All you have to do is ask Alexa to do it.
Free of charge
The RIKA VOICE service can be activated free of charge in the Amazon Skill Store. The RIKA FIRENET module to control RIKA stoves online is a prerequisite to use voice control. This module does come with costs. Please contact your RIKA dealer for the price information.
