RIKA is once again one of the top brands in France
The French economics and business magazine "Capital" named RIKA the second-best brand in France in the wood burning and pellet stoves category on the basis of a customer satisfaction survey.
The market research institute STATISTA surveyed more than 20,000 consumers on the criteria customer service, professional competence and recommendation of brands they are familiar with. As was the case last year, RIKA's rating was extremely positive and once again resulted in a top ranking. Renowned brands such as Ikea, Gautier and Orange also made it into the top 3 in their respective categories.
